Class Descriptions
- Fundamentals classes cover the basics and are most appropriate for beginners. More advanced students may use the class to fine tune their basics and assist beginners.
- All Levels classes expand on the basics and introduce a variety of applications for beginners and more advanced students to explore.
- Intermediate/Advanced classes enhance already learned applications and are therefore appropriate for students that are comfortable with the pace. These classes tend to focus more on the development of the individual and of embodying aikido principles in action.
- Weapons classes guide beginners and more advanced students in the basics of the jo and bokken.
